For remote support, we use Teamviewer Quick Support. When downloading this software, there is no requirement to install this software; it runs as a stand-alone executable, and is completely 100% free of infection. Furthermore, once the remote support session is complete, ACSP Computers will remote force the remote support software to uninstall from your computer if you do not have a managed support plan with ACSP Computers. One-Time OR As-needed remote support customers will be given a login to allow them to download the software. Once the remote support session has begun, the download login will be disabled until a new ticket is open for remote support.
